Doug is an awesome owner operator. Super passionate about carpet and knows his stuff. We called him at 530pm and he got here ASAP. He got rid of nail polish and is very reasonably priced, probably the best in Tauranga. I felt like we should of paid him more.

By far the most affordable and professional carpet cleaning and repairing service in Tauranga! He can remove stains too and fix any problem.I can assure you he doesn’t charge an arm and leg.Super lovely and very fast worker.

Hired this company to repair a minor seam separation in carpet. they ultimately ended up ruining it.Before they turned up, the seam was barely visible, in the attempt to repair, they put a massive patch into the middle of the walkway, spilt glue and destroyed a door mat.While they did admit responsibility and paid some compensation, ultimately this compensation isn't enough and leaves me significantly out of pocket to the tune of several thousand dollars.I can't speak of their ability to clean carpet, as they did not perform that service, but be warned, they do not carry any sort of insurance, so use them at your own risk.If it were possible to rate them zero stars then that's what I would do.

Absolute best carpet clean that you can get... Dry's up real quick. Being in the motel industry, we have used several carpet cleaner's but Doug is the best one, we have came across so far. Highly highly recommended...
