Really rude staff and let you sign what you don’t understand. He parked the car on passenger roadside and requested us to leave the rental service as soon as possible.He claimed that the illegible parking fine will be charge on me but he is the guy who parked in that way. AVIS really need to know what your staff’s performance here .Really really bad experience with AVIS

Rude, slow and careless. 2 days after returning a vehicle there was 'apparently' some damage to the front bumper not noticed at the time of return. Thanks to AMEX for stepping in.
