I purchased the Japanese to English conversion for my Nissan Elgrand E51 Series 3 Campervan conversion. Communication was quick and easily done using emails. Richard answered all of my questions and sent specific instructions as to what he needed to be able to compile the update. Once I had paid, I received the ISO file for burning to disk very quickly, together with full and clear instructions on how to proceed. Installation was quick and successful. I was initially a bit wary about ordering from NZ (can't really pop round there from the UK if things go wrong!) but Richard put my mind at rest. I am so glad I used Betamorphis as now I no longer have to wave Google Translate around every time I access the Elgrand display! Brilliant service at a very reasonable price.

Appalling communication, he has been giving me the run around for 4 months. Every 2 to 3 weeks I will call to find out if he can fix my Audi sound then he have another story to tell. Told me that my car that he had for two day were taken to the Audi dealer for diagnostics and came up with some front chip that need replacing and reprogramming. Well that was over a month ago - still no response. I took my Audi to the dealer, that confirmed they have NO record of my car ever been there, they reset the system remove the component protection and all is well. Why not say that he can not do it, why lie about the situation - will never go to this guy again, bad service and communication and can not believe anything he says.

I bought the Japanese to English conversion for my 2008 Nissan Skyline 370gt . Quick and really helpful service, the conversion was easy to update and works perfectly. Fantastic service, highly recommend these guys.

Just recently had a Japanese to English menu conversion done in my Nissan Skyline. The staff were very knowledgeable, and great communication. I called up and got in on the same day, they installed it for me and did a fantastic job. Great price point too. Will definitely recommend!

I got the translation done from Japanese to English on my 2007 Lexus GS.They provide a very easy to follow youtube video and detailed instructions to remove the hard drive and had very good communication for the many questions I had.They completed the work on the hard drive the same day they received it and posted it on overnight delivery.Very happy with the result and love the english stickers for the buttons also, many thanks.

amazing product and service! 100% satisfied customer. imported a 2009 nissan skyline and arrived last month. i dont like the japanese words in the screen. did a lot research until i saw the ad on youtube. bought the conversion cd from australia but i was hesitant at first. but richard was helpful and very responsive to all my questions. i will import another car from japan this year and will definitely contact richard again. thank you!
