Had been customers here for 13yrs, recently took our cat there because he was unwell they looked him over told us the problem was that he had 3 teeth that needed to be removed at s cost of $1000. Then told us that, despite the fact that we had never had a bad account, they would not allow us to pay it off. So we ended up having some else offer to get the treatment done at their vet, who upon examining our cat found the teeth to Ben in excellent condition. The problem was something else entirely

A very BIG thank you to Linka and Kate from me, Django and Cebby for the care you've given my two dogs over the past few months. The old fella is so much more comfortable now hes had his dentistry done! And Django has fully recovered from his surgery and is back to being the happy healthy busy dog Im used to! The time you spent with me explaining all the procedures, and the aftercare, were invaluable and Im very grateful for your knowledge and skill and empathy ❤️

Vetora always go over and above. When my dog was seriously injured after hours and not in my home town, the crew at Vetora seamlessly cared for us for weeks. They arranged services they don't normally do so I could continue to work. I cannot recommend this vet highly enough. 100% amazing people!

Very friendly. They explain everything you need. Hours are great as the close at 6pm which means you can pop in after work if needed. They are great with after-hours call outs, the vet on call rings you and assess on the phone and gives you options, they are willing to meet you anytime after hours. I know of others that have moved to vetora because they are there when you need them. Facilities are modern and clean. Thank you for looking after our pets!!! Recommend all pet owners to use them.

Both our cats go here Spartucus & Kippa and they enjoy it. Very happy with the service they provide and compared to Tauranga the prices are very reasonable.
