Friendly and prompt response however would not rely on this guy to give you an accurate account of repairs on a house you are looking at purchasing!When asked how much it would cost to reclad a wall we were first told 4-5k a wall, when he come to measure after we purchased his rough estimate was 3-4k a wall... we get the quote and it comes out at 24k for 2 walls. I'm no expert in building but I can definitely add... when I asked for a response he chose to ignore me. My advice go elsewhere!
