The station itself, which is down a set of stairs and/or escalators is well laid out, and works well. The building above it has a very dark and foreboding foyer. It is particularly horrible On the weekends and public holidays when the cafés and info desk are shut and the place is empty.

22Aug17 10:45am Had coffee here at the Hollywood Cafe on the floor above the station. Coffee OK. Train arrived and departed with no major drama or noise.18Nov16 More and more used by commuters for rail travel. A pity this spur did not extend all the way to Westfield Manukau.

Was nice to see another underground station but requires abit of walking to get to the mall.only 2 platforms close to bus terminal and nearby hayman park.

Five star station, beautiful architecture and very helpful staff. The station is conveniently located inside the Auckland Institute of Technology building, surrounded by a green belt, great parking area and a number of eateries. Central to everything!
