Great work, no BS, carbs tuned and synched, new fuel lines fuel pump pressure tested and valve clearances checked fan switch replaced, all for cost of labour and parts no hidden BS toed in there, not to be taken for granted in a isolated country like NZ.

Good service an great shop . Had a slight electrical issue on way to work this morning. The boys at filco had it fixed an good to go with a surprisingly free of charge . All withn 2 hours an didn't have a appointment. Thanks boys

Best motorbike shop I’ve ever been. Staff is well knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Travelled all the way from Ashburton to get my bike serviced and can’t thank enough about the awesome job done! Extremely recommended for new bikes, pre-loved ones or for just a service. A+++++++

We are on a motorcycle tour of New Zealand and were having some minor dramas. Travis and the technicians at Filco went out of their way to fit us in without a booking, on the first business day after the holidays, and got us back on the road. Super friendly, helpful and could not recommend them highly enough!!! This shop is awesome.

Whilst on holiday in NZ rented a bike but it needed urgent significant work on the 2nd day. Filco fitted us in the next working day and even lent us a demo bike whilst repairs were done. Repairs carried out ahead of predicted time, can't fault the service.

Needed a new tire for my motorcycle because it had a slit in it and went in expecting to have to buy a new one. Originally they were giving me an exceptional deal with a new tire, then they said the tire was still in mint condition and could just repair it for a fraction of the cost and is as good as new now. Exceptional customer service and super stoked with the outcome. Will definitely be shopping there again!!
