Sidney our Staffordshire Bull Terrier was suffering from itchy skin, forever scratching and chewing his feet. We started on a 100% raw diet and within two weeks he is a new dog. His coat is glossy and is over all a happier wee staffy. A great team, with great advice.

Incredible staff! They take so much care in their advice and follow-up support. My pup has been on raw almost since we took him home. Raw Essentials at Tower Junction have supported us with any queries we've had. They have a great range in store, always offering great value. I like visiting the store almost as much as my pup does!

After Super Pets changed their formulae and texture my cats decided they did not want to eat. The people at Raw Essentials gave good advise about diet and replacement and the cats are happily eating once more. Helpful folk and the girl" has been very polite and informative."

The lady automatically judged me on the food I gave my puppy (which i thought was very nutritional) and came across very rude to which she continued to say that it was cruel having a puppy at 7 weeks old. I got upset and couldn't wait to get out of there.

Went in looking for a toy, came out with a 3 week supply of raw meat, and a custom meal plan for my 9week old pup.Staff are lovely, incredibly passionate and really know their stuff.Cannot recommend the product more, NZ made, sustainable and ethically made. 10/10, Thanks Letticia

Absolutely love this store! Has made feeding a raw diet very uncomplicated! The girls in the store are very knowledgeable. I have changed 3 families into a raw food diet and honestly rave about this store a lot!!

I myself and my dog love going here, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. They are also knowledgeable and Ranger thinks they give the best cuddles and treats.
