We are of the older vintage. We would like to thank Stephen for his 1st class service today. He was polite, interested in what we wanted, and made sure we understood. It made buying a replacement phone enjoyable.

Absolutely appalling service. Not impressed at all. So-called Ninja (as the used to be known) insisting I produce ID for a person that doesn't even exist because details were entered incorrectly when set up for my elderly MIL. Said there was absolutely nothing he could do and argued every point.Went to Rotorua from Tauranga and the Manager there fixed everything on the spot. Will not use One NZ Tauriko and do NOT in any way recommend One NZ Tauriko. You need to sort it out. You're appalling.So close to losing a customer which would've taken 7 of us to their opposition. Rotorua saved their bacon - THANK YOU Rotorua Manager, you're a credit to the company.

Monday 18th I had downloaded an app on my phone that had changed the workings. Took into one of the on duty guys and within 2 minutes he had restored my phone to normal. Didnt charge me. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Received excellent service from this store a few weeks ago! Brooke (I believe she’s the manager) was amazing and helped me set up an account, as well as talked me through the different features of the phone I was looking at. Highly recommend!

Came in for help and assisted by Sam & Zena today, they were very helpful and I was able to get my issues sorted. Very efficient and also friendly. . a good start for the Labour Day 2022.

Vodafone your guys customer service has to be the worst I have ever seen I never leave reviews but I have been so dissapointed. What happened was I wanted to come into the store to get an new number because the number Vodafone gave me when I got my new sim was still active and have been receiving calls and text me constantly from place asking if I’m Patrick because of my job I travel a lot and can’t get in during regular hours. The times I’m working locally I go in on my lunch break which is an hour I head into the crossing as it’s the closets store to my work base two times I was not able to be serverd with in the 35 min I have to be in the store I then ring up Vodafone can’t be transferred to your store to make a time to come in this service is an absolute joke
