My Son’s car got stolen today while parked there. When my daughter rang the security number we were told it was a very secure car park and was no help even though there is CTV coverage of the area. To add insult to injury our other cars were charged $5 extra when we went to leave even though we had already paid the advertised maximum $20 charge

Bandits, stay away.The note says $4.50 per hour, I've been charged $15.00 and as I was in the hurry to get to airport and no one is around there you've got to pay.

Got towed and they could have atleast called me to move my car!!!There is so many reserved car parks and it was late when I arrived back.Literally ruined my whole trip, young girl on my own and you pay to park your car they could have some curtosy and call you. I was very upset when I couldn't find my car and nobody there to help me. A simple phone call could have atleast given me some warning

Omg $55 per overnight park nah next building over not 2mins walk is a Wilson's carport I think advertising $25 per night and I didn't even have 2pay 4 that nights as the ticket machine was not working at entrance so I just explained to the lady at the exit phone and she let me out free ov charge

Our car got stolen here. They charged us $20 for the parking, then charged our group an extra $10 parking (over the max $20 a day weekend parking) when we were calling the police. The help desk didn’t believe our car was stolen and was unhelpful with providing information on CTV footage etc. Very unhelpful customer support!

Lost my ticket and was charged $75 for a new one. That’s more than the fee for staying an entire day. All the machine does is simply print you a new ticket. No human interaction. Such a rip off for paying and regular customers. Will never use this car park again.

No early-bird rates, so this is not a good place to park for the whole day. It's a bit out of the way for the best parts of town, handy for the viaduct though. The pedestrian bridge across the busy section of Sturdee Street is great. Most of the parking that is not leased and reserved is on the upper floors, and the turns are fairly tight. Overall it's way too expensive and I'd prefer to use someone else's carparking building. Or park on the street and get a fine.

Expensive, outdated (need a ticket, if you lose it you have to pay an insane amount) and not worth it if you're planning to hit the major sites of Auckland. There are so many other non-Wilson carparks for cheaper!
