Wanganui CourierPost Depot

Used a random tracking number and not the one for my parcel so I can't organize any redelivery via the website, the slip says to collect and on the same slip says collections are not available due to covid. The depot is closed until the after the weekend. Absolute shambles

Can you please change your Saturday times on the website said you were open today! After organizing transport arrived at the depot this morning only to find out that you are now closed on Saturdays till further notice not impressed at all !!!

Left card in letterbox & didn't even bother trying to knock on door . Tried to get redelivered but they won't do it for 2 days. Paid extra for overnight delivery but now it's actually 3 daysCalled them & they refused to deliver next business day" like they are supposed toWorst couriers In nz"

I am disappointed with the service I have received from courier post over the last few months. This particular driver doesn't bother to leave a card so therefore my package gets taken back to the depot. A letter is then placed with my package stating that as I was not home and a cad WAS left in my mail box (which it wasn't) and that if I do not pick up my parcel it will get returned to the company I purchased it from.The next problem is when I purchase an item that is signature required I get home to find is stuffed in the letter box or left in the middle of the step in plain site.I spoke to the local branch about this months ago to obviously no avail. I was told this morning that the company I purchased my parcel from should put my phone number on the outside of my parcel. I said again please just leave a card and I'll happily collect it.This particular driver let's the whole team down as before this they were a fantastic company with exceptional service. I do not like to ever write a bad review but in this case after this happening numerous time I just had to.

Worst courier company ever, I've had nothing but problems getting my packages. Last time the courier stated they didn't know which door to go to so didn't drop the parcel off, Truth was the courier was to lazy to get off their backside and knock on a door to find out. Parcels are always late!

I have had no problem with their service before! I have had packages delivered over the last 2 days in a row and today's delivery says delivered! Hasn't been delivered at my address and not my signature on the ticket??? If you've already delivered packages to the same person same address 2 days in a row gow do you get the 3rd day delivered somewhere else and signed by someone else!!!??? Disgusted considering this was the most needed package of the 3!

Really annoyed to drive all the way into town to pick up a parcel that I paid delivery for, on Saturday as it states on the card that’s left that you are open on a Saturday 9-12.30pm.wouldn’t be that be hard to cross out that your not open on a Saturday on the card you leave!!

Horrible service would recommend any other courier service but themShameful considering they are part of NZ postOur national postal servicePathetic

Just another fed up customer! Seems they have had my parcel since 04/02! Now 08/02 and I haven't seen any sign of it at all! No card no nothing.I guess I will just have to hunt it down myself and probably travel quite a few k's and waste more of my time dealing with this outfit.If there were minus ratings this outfit would get them!
