I would like to recommend Sunny, the senior salesman who was attentive and genuinely great at service. The younger chaps in the store could learn a thing or two from him. They looked clueless and bored on my several visits this month to purchase a TV. I only went through with deal because of Sunny

I visited JB Hi-Fi to look for a quality set of noise-cancelling headphones for a long flight overseas later this year. However, I didn't find anything suitable. They do have a reasonable range. I just had a specific brand and price range in mind and JB didn't satisfy that. However, I'll have no hesitation returning should I need anything else.
