Three Kings Family Medical Centre

Dr Ian Rapson is THE BEST Doctor in the whole world.Has been our family Doctor for 36 years now.He is not only an exceptional Doctor, is a very good friend/listener. He saved my life Twice, he is the reason my children have a mother alive today and I will be forever indebted to him.

Ian has been such a fantastic GP for myself and my partner! We have been with him for 18 months now and have always received such great care and support. He goes the extra mile and was instrumental at getting us through a very tough time. We have no hesitation in recommending his practice!

Very rude interaction on the phone. I called thinking it was my doctors (Accident & Medical) in Three Kings but the person who answered the phone (I didn’t get a name) was very rude and short with me and proceeded to tell me “do you think your calling the doctors next to countdown?” Which I said yes, as I thought I was and he said “I suggest you call them” said their number then hung up. If that was the interaction I got on the phone, I would hate to see the interaction you get when going there. You could tell he must get that phone call all the time, but that isn’t our problem, so don’t take it out on people trying to get hold of help from a doctor.

Dr Ian was recommended to me by a friend. I've had ongoing issues for over a year and have seen several Drs and FINALLY, I've found someone who has given good advice. In addition to being a good Dr, he is a very understanding and compassionate man and the after care that I've received is more than outstanding! In fact the whole team have been wonderful. Sahdna on reception and Hayley showed a huge amount of patience and kindness to me. Initially I didn't want to join this practice due to its location but now I wouldn't consider going anywhere else :)

This medical center employs Dr Ian rapson who denies people medical care based on vaccination status! This goes against the oath he made when obtaining his liscence. Total discrimination.

Dr. Ian Rapson is a kind and sympathetic person. We are new here in Three Kings and registered for the clinic the first time. The administration steps are fast and receptionists are helpful and welcoming. Dr. Rapson welcomes and appreciate new comers to New Zealand and guides things, does the examination gently.

Ian Rapson, I won’t even call him a Doctor at this point likes to force his own ideology and opinions with absolute disregard of what the patients views are. He has removed me from the clinic solely based on my vaccination status. He was very forceful and aggressive on the phone in his poor attempt to get me to come in and get vaccinated. If you’re wanting a GP that’s works for you and is willing to listen, Three Kings medical is not the one.

Dr. Ian Rapson is an expert in his field who takes time to explain the situation in as much detail as he can. Unfortunately, we've shifted to Australia recently, but we highly recommend him if you live in Auckland.

Great first impression. Have just moved into the area and was very happy with my first experience as I managed to both enroll & get an appointment all in the same hour. Was happy with Dr Ian and the receptionist was lovely and great to deal with also. You made things very easy, thank you, this is exactly the kind of clinic I was looking for

I have found Ian Rapson to be a very caring Dr. He helped birth our son, and when we found a few years later we were having twins and care was passed to a specialist, Ian still took the time to support us at the birth and was of great assistance. Will always appreciate his care and generosity.
