It appears that because they are busy getting an apology for getting an order wrong is not acceptable. Nor is it okay to find a foreign object in your pizza and then mention it because again they were busyyy.

Unfortunately it kinda lived up to its name. I should have been alerted when the customer in front of me was returning a still frozen garlic bread and a mostly uncooked pizza. The pizza I got was cooked but was really awful and tasted dreadful. It was not edible and I ended up tossing it. Annoying having waited over half an hour on it. I'm sure they do much better than this usually but I won't be returning.

Hungry, then this is the place to go. Our online order was delivered on time when we arrived at the premises to pick up, hot and clean presentation. Staff here are friendly and helpful. Kind, we enjoyed our hell pizza feast at the location. Good lighting, neat and tidy premises. Well maintained location.Will visit again if I come to Whangārei. You have car parking space in front of the premises.

My husband got it delivered by delivered easy. He got a snack pizza, ribs and wedges.The only thing that he enjoyed was the wedges. The ribs were dry and the sauce was burnt to the foil tray, pizza had little to no toppings. Definitely not worth the amount of money that we spent for this meal. Need to up your guys game use to be really good.

My order was half an hour late for delivery so I called the store for an update and I was told there was a driver on their way. Half an hour later it still hadn't arrived so I called again, this time I was told no one had taken the order to deliver, in fact the pizza hadn't even been made yet! And now it was 5 minutes past closing time so they could not make my order. We waited 2.5 hours for no pizza. I was told my refund would be issued within a week - a week has passed and I still don't have that back either. Pretty shocking.

Great pizza at a great price. Picked up a big feed as part of one of their deals for friday 13th. Pizzas were ready when we arrived and all were delicious. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive
