Z - Lakeside - Service Station

Convieniant location, competitive pricing when compared to other petrol stations in the local area, extremely helpful and friendly forecourt service.The toilets were clean.The coffee (Long Macchiato) was arguably better than some of the cafes in Takapuna and less expensive.The staff over multiple visits are fairly consistent with friendliness and efficiency (Yes sometimes it's not perfect but more often than not a good to great experience)

Bad coffee- nice person served me was new. Think the other guy there should've helped him

$45 for bonito bait?!?!? Went across the road to Z station $16.99 for the exact same branded product.

I had to urgently go to Z around 12:30am to aid my wife with her monthly cramps. I was on the phone with my wife to get her the right products, and then this African staff approached me and rudely told me not to waste time as it's night time. I spent 3 minutes on the phone with my wife and spent nothing more than 5 minutes at Z. I asked him while checking out what time he finishes his shift, and he told me he finishes in the morning. I then questioned how I wasted his time and he threatens me that I'm being recorded. Lol? Thank you for your 24/7 service but please educate your employees. Definitely the worst customer service I've experienced in a while.

Staff need training with customer service. While serving you they 2 staff members carry on with their conversation not evening acknowledging you while paying. Not even a thanks. I won’t be filling up there ever. Pretty rude if you ask me

Bought cigarettes here and they charged me for three packets instead of one. Unfortunately threw the receipt out

There is this one guy that does night shifts. Always use my flybuys when specifically asked to stack. This has happened like 5 times. Maybe he needs to lear how to listen and do his job.

My local fuel stop. Nice, gas station where the staff are cheerful and the facilities are clean. Tyre air is easy to access and there are always plenty of pies.
