Average! Service was not great, the person at the till hardly spoke on the 3 separate occasions of having to ask for different things. For fast food it took a long time to get the food, nearly half an hour, the sort of time you would expect at a restaurant. Quality of food was OK, don't expect to be blown away. Honestly probably won't come back, but if you don't try you don't know. I'm sure all the 5 start reviews enjoyed it at that time.

Great taste! Nice environment. Asked for best burger and satisfied with the taste. She was closing, even then made good quality food and served nicely.Great experience!

Waffle was nice, but quite overpriced for what it actually had on it (ice-cream, waffle, nuts and sauce). While we enjoyed it would not say we would pay $11.90 for it again, this doesn't compare well to other desserts available in the area and Dunedin broadly. The price was also mislabelled at $10.90 outside the store and there was no discount for Radio Onecard despite it being listed.

We were looking outside at what to order, sign on door said ‘back in 30 minutes’ but as there were people sitting in seats inside and guys working at the counter, we figured they had forgotten to take the sign down. When we went in (door unlocked), they rudely said ‘can’t you see the sign on the door’. We live in Dunedin and were looking forward to finally trying out the food there and can now honestly say it totally put us off ever going back.

ordered here for the first time can confirm will also be the last. Pizza was giving nothing but frozen pizza from a supermarket. Delivery was on time yet the pizza was stone cold.

Ordered on uber eats. It was basically a frozen pams pizza reheated and somehow I still would have preferred if I just cooked the pams frozen pizza myself.

Never had a bad burger. Owner does an amazing job, really friendly. Burgers are the best I've had in Dunedin.
