Rite Price provide efficient, really good value service. I rented late and they were able to get a car for us. Even though it was last minute the price was still really reasonable. The paper work, pick up and drop off were all super easy with really good simple systems in place. There was zero waiting at the airport at either end. The car was clean and everything we needed. Fantastic car rental experience with Rite Price Rentals at Mt Maunganui. Booking the right car for a good price, collecting, returning and receiving a refund of our deposit were all easy, fast and done in a very friendly manner. I have already recommended them to others as our car rental (an 8 seater people mover in very good condition) could not have gone better!

An affordable price for car rental. I booked everything on line before I left Australia, a very easy process. They have a wonderful communication system and answer quickly. We were running late and they waited for us. We drove to Rotorua and unfortunately took a wrong turn back. We had to be on our ship by 5pm, the shuttle driver was amazing and so helpful at getting us back to the ship on time, when we returned the car. Our shuttle driver was also a wealth of information on the area of Tauranga and things to see and do. Fabulous service.

Perfection!So easy, from the shuttle pickup to shuttle drop off, we had the most perfect experience. The car was very clean, the staff were so fantastic and they got us to the car and on the road so quickly! I would definitely recommend this place, 10 out of 10!

Unfortunately I ended up not using their service as I had some problems into getting in Tauranga due to weather conditions. I asked them to cancel the booking the same morning that I was supposed to pick-up the car. The staff was helpful and understanding and have canceled my booking without charging any fees.
