I booked online on a whim for my usual Brazilian wax. I was pleasantly surprised when my therapist Rowan got the job done easily and efficiently. She is very professional and friendly and knows her stuff. I have now booked in to Have laser with Rowans expertise. The clinic/studio it’s self is extremely clean and tidy and modern. Just what you would want when getting a wax done, the whole place is so beautifully presented. Thanks so much I’m looking forward to my first laser experience xx

If you haven't tried waxing(Braz) yet or are hesitant to do, I highly recommend On&Off. They are very professional and friendly, and I am really content with my first waxing experience (although you might also experience pain)d. I'd like to go again.

I wasn't able to get treatment because of meditation I'm on. However, the lady spoke to me in private and updated me on the situation. She was so professional, helpful and educated. She gave me tips on self-care, even on where to go for other skincare services. It was my first experience with them and I felt like I could trust them. It's the only place I want to go to, 8t's well decorated.Rowan was the lady that served me, she's really lovely!

Honestly I'd highly recommend OFF & ON, friendly staff and a great vibe. Today I had a very good waxing experience (braz), felt very comfortable. Very professional.Very informative also about other options. Ill definitely be back.Thanks to my technician Sarah for taking care of me.Yeah so people don't be shy to try here!
