Great company, professional and affordable service.

This company called our office to sell their business which I understand needs to happen (I also sometimes do cold calling) However, when I said that we were happy with our current provider the person on the other line got extremely rude and told me that I do not have the authority to make these kinds of decisions and he will call back to speak to our owner then just hung up. I tried calling them back to discuss with the manager about the rudeness of there call centre. I tried to explain what the person I spoke to sounded like and said he had an American accent, which he then replied with do you have a problem with Americans?" I then realised this was the same person I had spoken to previously who once again got extremely rude and told me off
