Serena provides fantastic a fantastic service.Serena treated my tennis elbow condition successfully after I had tried various other treatments without success.Last year I suffered from plantar fasciitis for about 8 months and then I went to Nicola at Mei Ling who sorted it out in 8 sessions.Both Serena and Nicola are very friendly, professional and passionate about their work. I highly recommend Mei Ling.

I think it says a lot when a visit to the acupuncturist is one of the highlights of the week, but Serena provides a short retreat from the world and its concerns. Serena is empathetic, highly skilled, professional and, yes, serene. She soon got to the core of my presenting problem and sorted out a few other issues while she was at it. Acupunture is safe, painless and works on a deeper level than conventional medicine but the results speak for themselves. I'm very happy with my treatment with her and will miss my visits.

I discovered Mei Ling Accupuncture via a google search 6 months ago and have not regretted my choice one bit. Serena is the most wonderful person and a fantastic TCM practitioner. Her treatments and advice have been so beneficial for me mentally and physically and far exceeded my expectations. Serena used a variety of techniques and approaches to things I didn’t think were possible to ‘fix’. I am so nervous about needles but Serena’s kind, sensitive and practical approach made me feel totally at ease and the benefits far outweighed any worry about needles! Serena truly is a miracle worker and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Serena is a skilled pediatric acupuncturist and very easy to work with. My 11 yr old daughter had intense eczema. Serena worked with a direct, gentle manner easing any nervousness about the needles. Her approached was relaxed, and my daughter was surprised needles could produce such a calm and peaceful effect. She asks to go back to acupuncture even though her severe eczema completely cleared up.

Serena is absolutely amazing and has very healing hands. She takes time to understand the problem and put in a treatment plan. I was someone who had so much fear of acupuncture but after after my first experience, I kept going back as found it to be so relaxing and I really noticed the the improvement in my health. I initially looked into Accupuncture as an alternative way to help myself and my body through my fertility journey. We had been unsuccessful in falling pregnant for years and had also had a late miscarriage during this period so we were keen to try anything to see if it would help. Not only did Serena ease my mind and support me to be relaxed and open she shared practical advice and became very in tune with my needs. I saw Serena every few weeks for 7 months and every time I left I felt a huge sense of peace. I would highly recommend Serena to anyone who is on their own fertility journey. She has been a calm in a very stormy sea.

I have been been going to Serena for over 4 years - for morning sickness with my first pregnancy; fertility issues; then again for my second pregnancy. Serena is amazing and would treat me as a 'whole', rather than just look at one issue. She is lovely and I highly recommend her (and already have to many people).

Serena is amazing! Not only is she one of the loveliest most genuine people, but she is a true professional with loads of knowledge. I had terrible morning sickness when I started seeing her and with regular treatments she was able to ease those awful feelings so I could get through the day. When I was 39 weeks she gave me a treatment to encourage labour and that evening I went into labour! I couldn’t be more grateful for having come across Serena, and I can’t wait for more treatment in 2023

I started seeing Serena for treatment 6 months ago after she was recommended to me by a friend. I had spent the previous 12 months seeking various other treatments for an injury to my arm due to a fall with no real progress in terms of pain management. Within 3-4 treatments with Serena I could see a marked improvement in not only my pain levels but my overall movement and flexibility of the arm as well.Serena continues to help me manage the occasional flare up but I can happily say that I am pain free.I would highly recommend Serena to assist with your health and well being needs.
