Lynne has been amazing at helping when I have had two occasions that I have had to organise last minute travel for my States based daughter. A responsive (even in these challenging travel times) and solutions based approach has left me feeling very safe and organised. I live in Auckland and will now always go to Lynne in Motueka.

Yet again Jason came up trumps dealing both promptly and efficiently with unavoidable changes to my itinerary. All experiences with bookings through Jason and his team have been so good, dealt with such patience and attention to detail to find the best and least expensive travel to suit. Anyone would be hard put to find a better and more pleasant travel agent and team.

Good service from Steve resulted in great seating accomodation and cabin. He is an expert and humble with it. Jason organised a fabulous trip to Vietnam for us - every detail thoughtfully considered and we saw and experienced parts of the country other people simply wouldn't - including visiting locals on their farms and in their homes, and with experienced and knowledgeable English Guides and skilled drivers. You rely on your Travel Agent to organise things for you, but the true test is what they do when things go wrong, and Jason passed that test with flying colours, when my husband became very ill requiring emergency surgery in Hanoi.
