Massage was very weak even though I asked for more pressure. It felt like she was just rubbing oil on my body rather than massaging it. Linen wasn’t clean and massage bed was dirty. Overall not a relaxing environment and service but do appreciate the kindness from the team.

This morning at 9.40am I rang to make an appointment. Got an answer machine. Left a detailed message and waited for a call back. A few hours later I left another message. Sadly still no reply. Not good service.
