Would have been a great experience except for the ineptitude and disrespectful way that my time was appreciated. It took Karlu ten minutes to hand over my repaired phone and take payment. All good. She then insisted that I wait whilst she attempted to clear the loaner phone. I informed her that I had a medical appointment in half an hour. After obtaining my passwords she then disappeared for twenty minutes and only reappeared when I managed to ask another staff member to find her. Normally I would walk out but on account l of a possible fee being charged I complied.Very happy with repairs. Very unhappy with Karlu. Had I worn a suit maybe the outcome would have been more agreeable. It was my afternoon off work so I was dressed casually.

Chris at Spark gives great service and is very friendly. He knows how to fix phones and gives good advice. Highly recommend this guy to deal with.

Today I went in for help regarding the my bill. I not being helped as it should be. The staff made an unwelcoming face. The tone of the conversation was very bad. They also seem to want to argue with us. provoke us to anger. Please check the qualification of the customer service provider. Very very bad. Feel humiliated and very sad because I’m your purchasing customer. should be welcomed help and solve problems for customers, The service staff is at bayfair. Please check and do something.

My husband just brought a new phone & we had the best service we have ever had in this store from the lovely Mercedes. She was friendly & knew exactly what she was doing. We left the shop with his new phone full set up. Exceptional service, many thanks Mercedes
