Easy to deal with. Nice guy operating the place. Helped us select a route and have us pointers on what to look out for. Bike was well suited although the front gears needed a slight tune up. The helmets also didn't smell the best. Apart from that it was a great time, would hire from them again.

Fantastic 3 days for our group of 12. The team at Kiwi Journeys were outstanding and the bikes were top quality.Such a cool part of NZ to explore and everything was so well organised and nothong was a problem.We will definately use them again.

Cycled Great Taste Trail from Nelson first week of December. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Pre-tour briefing was comprehensive and maps provided with important reminders highlighted. E-bikes were excellent, relatively new, and well maintained. Four day cycle tour was very enjoyable, with great hosts and beautiful accommodation at B&Bs, resort and hotel. We felt very welcome everywhere we visited and loved the great tastes" available in this region

We did the Nelson to Mapua route (via Rabbit Island and ferry) and we had a super time. The bikes were well maintained and this grade 1 trip does not need an ebike unless you are unfit / not confident. The route is clearly marked and the it's a good idea to get to Mapua Wharf early so you can explore and have an ice cream before the 530 shuttle back to the city centre. The Kiwi Journeys team were all professional and friendly and the trip was a highlight for us!

Great team; helpful & knowledgeable. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and we were given plenty of options to self guide our way to Rabbit Island. The Crew on the ferry & our shuttle ride was equally well organised and we had a great day.

Aaron was super friendly and informative. I had no idea what kind of bike I needed, nor the bike trails in the area, so he ran me through everything and provided a map of all the good trails I could explore - which I did! The bike was great, and Aaron ran me through all the essentials of using it. I didn't end up using the booking system online but it seemed very easy to use and see the number of available bikes. Thank you so much team!

Dropped in here on a whim, having never mountain biked before (although having spent tons of time on road bikes) but wanting to try it. Sean was super friendly and gave me lots of personal attention, sizing up my skill level and making sure the bike was set up for my height and weight. He recommended an excellent little trip up to Codgers MTB Park that perfectly suited me. One of the surprise highlights of my stay in Nelson / Abel Tasman!
