Absolutely amazing service and exceptional food! The coffee was made perfect even though was quite complicated. And the breakfast is the best tasting food i have ever had. The bubble and squeak better than my grandmas!!!

Went to Orbit Cafe this morning before flying out of Napier.Got myself an Eggs Benedict with an Americano with Cream.The food and drinks came quite quick given how busy the cafe was when we came in.My eggs bene was good, served on an English muffin with sliced tomato. Only thing that could have made it better would be if the bacon was more crispy.Coffee was good, nice coffee and a nice sized splash of cream.If I was in Napier again, I would return.

Really really disappointing from a customer service perspective. This was our 2nd day in a row. Day 1 was super busy so the food mistake, and the coffee mistake, and lengthy delay could be given a pass. Today, less busy but still well patronised. Coffee came promptly and was nice, food came promptly and whilst fresh and tasty was clearly carelessly put together. The French toast was delivered without bacon, and my well reduced order came without salad greens despite the order. I asked to speak to the manager to give feedback, as they really are better than that, but felt dismissed when she, clearly did not want any conversation, and offered a thank you for your feedback" response with a face that said considerably more

Great food, nice service. Food come out pretty fast. Cozy, small area. Good to go for a sunday brunch.
