So I returned to get my nails re-done after having an amazing experience and really pleased with the result. Big mistake, this time I got it done by a very rude and bossy lady, who told me how I should cut my nails and rushed them. Didnt do a good job at all, and hurt my nails in the process as she was filing them down too fast. This is the result of my nails a few days later after getting them done. Already chipped, and peeling off, so what a waste of $50. I wont be returning because of this.

the nail tech was amazing! really love my nails and they were very patient whilst I spent time deciding my charms and colour. Had a great time although the wait was a bit long but that was expected.

Very disappointed. I was getting my nails done with builder gel for a few months but decided it was too much upkeep so I got it removed yesterday. She literally just ripped it off my nails and destroyed my natural nails in the process. I was trying to trust the process and thought surely she’s not done but then asked if I wanted clear polish. They looked awful so I got a color too. Barely lasted 24 hours before the color started chipping and my nails started literally breaking. $35 for this? Really?

Horrible experience! Paid for gel removal and classic manicure and the lady burnt me twice with the lathe and left my nails so uneven and sharp I could get a better result doing my nails, when I complained she didn't care too much, kept filing them but results were bad. She also didn't paint my nails , super disappointed
