Was about to charge up the EV at New World when a hole in my pocket decided to drop my keys straight down the concreted in drain grate that was about a metre and a bit deep, a person from Sutherland Tyres heard me go NOOOO!!!! and (as if it had happened before to other people) without blinking an eye came straight over with the magnetic tool for me to get my keys out which is real proper customer service at its finest 5 star would totally recommend them!!

Amazing awesome West Coast group.Needed 2 tyres replacing and they were ordered in and ready to fit the next day. Great friendly staff, quick, efficient and reasonable price. Definitely use these guys for all your tyre needs

Last week I popped in for 2 new tyres. The Lady/owner came directly to the car too look which tyre type were on it. Than she gives me some advice. Maked an appointment. Brought the car in. She said I will call you but it will be done in 1 hour including replacing the front pads. Exactly after 1 hour she called me. It was all done!!Great Service.

Drove in to get tyres replaced for WOF inspection, drove out 30 minutes later with 4 new tyres at a very good price. Just too easy, would use these guys again.

Highly recommended Great service. We had an issue with our Mitsubishi car battery and called into the local dealer workshop who also happened to be roadside assist and AA call out. They were too busy to even test the battery for us despite the car being under warranty! They directed us to Sutherland tyres who offered great service. Our battery was recharged overnight and ready for us to carry our caravaning trip the next day. No trouble pulling in to their yard with our caravan. Many thanks to Jo and the team.

A huge thank you to Sutherland Tyres. We needed a new wheel bearing for our caravan. Such prompt, friendly, helpful service. They could see us straight away, made space outside their workshop so we could park and stay the night ( no need to find other accomodation) and the new part was up from Christchurch and our wheel back on the next day! We thought we'd be out of action for a few days. Great price. No gouging! Highly recommend!
