Great help provided, staff keen to assist

Slow service. Was painful. Took 10 minutes for lady put info into pc to hire a trailer, lady typing slow and getting every second character wrong on the keyboard and having to back space alot and retype!!!. My wife went back in to buy a strap and waited a further 15 minutes for the lady to serve just 1 customer in front of her as she was sooo slow putting their details in, then she requested my wife to hand over I.D. to have all her details put into the systen just to buy a strap!!!(was not for a hire). Was told that if the trailer was returned really early i would get some of the hirage fee back. Returned trailer within 1 hour(this included the 15min we waited for wife to buy strap) when hireage was 4 hours and no partial refund of hire fee as I had been told. Do not recommend.

Excellent place to hire equipment for odd jobs, helpful staff who know what they are talking about.

Good and helpful and friendly staff...more than willing to help.

They are efficient and if they don't stock a certain piece of equipment, they have another branch, Frankton and Te Rapa. They give good advice .

Very helpful and reasonably priced.

Usually good, sometimes dont have what you need, and have to go to terapa branch

Don't seem have much gear to hire out
