As a Kiwi visiting from Aussie I was amazed a shop like this existed, it is guitar heaven. Everything you need. If Paul Woolright from Ticket is there doing business you know it's good. He was me and my oldest mate Gordon Joll's favorite bass player when we were teenagers. Go check out this store.

Fantastic customer service!!! I’m from Australia and could only get my hands on a specific guitar from this store (as Australia doesn’t deal with the supplier anymore) and the staff (Ady) was more than happy to help.Ady helped process my order and all the shipping to my home and was able to accomodate multiple payment methods as my bank could only do certain international transfers.The guitar came within a week and was exactly as ordered with no issues!!Would highly recommend and would love to visit if I’m ever in NZ. :)

Lincoln just loves guitars. He’s relocated upstairs at the time of writing due to flood damage but still welcomed us and got stuff out of storage for us. Very happy with the advice and the budget acoustic I bought for travelling.

Awesome store, selection was beautiful. We bought a second-hand acoustic. Lincoln was super helpful in helping us try some out and also properly packaged it up for us to take home overseas!

I can't believe there are not more reviews for this independent music shop. The customer service is stellar for what appears to be a part-time one man show. Ady gave his honest opinion so that I could make an informed decision. He even offered to setup the guitar for me. I feel that he is not in business just to make a quick buck. I'm very pleased with the instrument I received and I highly recommend The Guitar Gallery to everyone I know.
