Food was hot and the burger was well put together. All very tasty. The only negative I can come up with is the first chair I went to sit in had something spilt on it.

It took close to 50 minutes to get our order with only 5 cars in front of us. I could only see one person working. This was our second time experiencing this. Clearly there is a staffing issue that the management needs to sort out. I feel for the hard working staff. Deserved one star as the food was good.

Drive up dude was great. However the rest of his team destroyed it royally. Ask for no tomatoes. Got them anyway. Took it back and got made out to be a lier and a cheat. After a short argue. He makes another one. Shake hi hand and go back to car. They put tomatoes on it again........ she is allergic and they get tod alot that she does. It's just sloppy. Wich isn't like these guys. I hope covid and recession haven't got ya holding by a thread my guys. Good work keep it up!!!

Regarding kfc branch at cameron road, Tauranga south.I ordered chicken zinger burger and snack lunch today. The chicken patty of zinger burger was very hard to chew , was not cooked well and it was hard to break with fingers as well. When, we requested to change the burger the staff starting arguing saying its cooked very well - explained its been years we are eating kfc , and today , It was for the first time it has happened . Hence , we are complaining but she was again arguing and was not accepting . After long conversation, she changed the burger and then “One girl” handed our new burger and bashed the window very hardly without even apologising for the inconvenience we faced . That was really rude and unprofessional.Kfc Cameron road team - is this you guys called a fabulous customer service as a international brand . Needs more training and some at-equates for sure .

We ordered zinger burger combo and snack lunch. The chicken patty in the zinger burger wasn’t properly cooked and very hard to chew. When we went to show to staff. Staff didn’t opened the drive through window for long time until we knocked on the window and kept us waiting. Then, they didn’t accept their mistake and laughed on us. The lady said, there is proper procedure of cooking. We understand but things happens. It wasn’t first time we had zinger burger and kfc. Finally, after long arguments, they give us new burger. But didn’t apologise just once. The attitude they showed, is not customer service at all and unacceptable attitude as a CSR. Not going back to kfc cameron road tauranga again.

The fries too soft and salty, must be old. Chicken not hot, a bit warm.I am here now at 3pm and didn’t eat anything from 8pm last night, I am so hungry but not feel ok at all.My husband is fan of KFC so we eat KFC every where we pass through but actually this place is worst.

Very bad experience with KFC Cameron road.we order chicken breast pieces Chicken visibly overcooked. Coating dark and very hard to bite into, tastes was not good.The oil was not changes for last 1 months.Chicken flesh dry.chicken was cooked hours ago and very salty too. We couldn't finish our meal.
