I couldn’t get any joy with Heatmiser UK in getting a part so they suggested NZ. Instant response, short wait and they sent my thermostat to (wait for it… ) my home in Hong Kong! I’d ordered the wrong one but Brent was immediately on the phone, got the new on in a week. Installed it myself. The system works so well I have it installed in my other house. Delighted with the product but especially the service. And I’m usually hard to please.

Been using Heatmiser products for years now and have never looked back. Easy to use & setup if you follow the instructions properly. The support is excellent with the knowledgeable team bending over backwards to do anything to help. Highly recommended

I have been using the heatmiser products for a number of years, i have even upgraded my own house to heatmiser thermostats because i believe they are the best on the market. all my new heating systems that i install have heatmiser controls in them and i have never had one complaint about ease of use even from the older generation. the back up from brent at heatmiser pacific is second to none, if you are looking for a great product with great backup then look no further than heatmiser pacific.

I have use Heatmiser products for all my installations for the last 8.5 years now. Have had very few issues over that time but customer service is top notch and always happy to deal with anything asked. The product is very very reliable and easy to use compared to equipment supplied by other companies in NZ. I have recently tried a new released thermostat from a well know heating supply company and for this very un intuitive and unreliable for connection to the app. Sticking with Heatmiser products from now on!!
