Bella Commercial Cleaning

We had booked Bella Commercial in for a construction clean before we moved into our house - we were working to tight time frames so had booked them well in advance. Jordan called on the day and complained about lifting floor coverings which had already been agreed. He then agreed again to do it and assured me that the work would be completed that day. I visited site that night and nothing had happened. When I finally managed to contact him the following day he told me he was busy and didn't know when he could complete the job. Be careful if booking these guys. I was over communicated with leading up to the job, then the works were basically abandoned by them. We had to find another cleaner at the last minute which was very stressful (Harmony Clean who somehow managed to squeeze us in and worked on a Saturday to get it done)

We use Bella Cleaning services since 2014. They are always pleasant and have always taken such pride in their work. We have always found them reliable and flexible whenever we required extra work.
