If you want to grab a quick bite, go for it. But if you want a good kebab that's a different story. It is just an average one, not bad not good. Meat is of low quality though. Food was a bit cold but they were busy.Service and staff are amazing!! Venue is nice and you cna sit down for how long as you like.

The food is good, but the dining area was a bit untidy.

It has become apparent that the staff at this place requires proper training for both the chef and front-of-house. Especially the short and bald guy working in the front. For a business owner who turning a blind eye and ignoring to all negative reviews can lead to a loss of credibility. Instead of dodging all negative feedbacks, it is essential for businesses to address them constructively. Addressing these staff training needs would likely lead to a more satisfactory experience for customers and a better overall functioning of the establishment.

I found this to be over rated, 3 is a decent score because the tiny snack kebab was tasty. I don't care whether I order small snack or regular or large the portion of the snack food was hideous, I got about 10 chips and then you can only choose 1 sauce and it's 50 cents for extra sauce, there is no tomato as a salad choice... kebab places are getting stingy these days... yet charge quite a high price... what I got was def not worth $11 or $9.50 need to get tomato Into the salad choices and also need to state can only pick one sauce hope it's more for the large if I ever come back... also the staff weren't that friendly and it was a long wait.Meh.. it doesn't state its for kids, either way it's still very little for $11.. 10 chips and overcooked... and doesn't matter if it's busy or not staff need to smile... and seem more enthusiastic..

Yes, it is good but honestly having tried middle eastern cuisine, I feel they lack some authenticity. Nonetheless, it is definitely one of the better Syrian fusion in Wellington and possibly NZ.

Disappointed¡Despite promising reviews, the food was really disappointing! Small portion and tasteless meat. I tried mixed Shish (BBQ), and even if the pictures show three skewers of each type of meats, namely diced lamb, chicken, and beef mince, there was little amount of each, as you can see in the pictures I uploaded. I would say half of a normal skewer and for sure half of what you get in other restaurants. But that could be tolerable if at least they were tasty. I found the chicken absolutely tasteless, the lamb too garlicky and yet not delicious; the only one I would say wasn't bad was the beef mince. Be also mindful that for the Shish Kebab, you need to wait for around 30 minutes; the staff advised me on this, however, which I appreciate.Long story short: unpalatable food! The thing that I want to highlight positively is that the staff was friendly and welcoming.

This Kebab place has become an institution in Wellington and for good reason. The food is excellent, the staff are wonderful, the store is worth going to and enjoying the wonderful decor and mood. On the way out, get a can of Dolmas to try. They are amazingly good.

Nice please to eatHad their Syrian kebab thing and lamb burger for 15nzd and 11 nzd.Decent please. And good food, specially lamb was delicious.Last but not least free WiFi.The place has halal / حال word on its menu and I saw many Muslims (from their appearance) to be eating there.I asked about HALAL status from the guy who was taking orders and he also acknowledged it.And Allah knows the best.
