Good ice cream, and nice to be able to try the range of flavours. A bit expensive for what you get, and limited seating options (if that is a consideration).

Yummy Ice Cream! I asked the scooper trooper to warm my ice cream up and he did it (I HATE cold ice cream). Will definitely be coming back especially if I see the cow running around again! 11/10

Average tasting ice cream and costs $11.80. Deep South has a much more premium taste and texture.

Love to hit the airport location as soon as I get to town. B&J has the best ice cream in the area and this shop has a friendly, efficient staff.

Pretty good icecream (although sometimes it's just tasted a little off), would recommend if it weren't for the horrific airport pricing!!! absolute scam of a store if it were 100 meters away outside of the airport.

Extremely bad service on Tuesday evening 19/07...the lady at the counter had an attitude and demanded that we don't touch the glass as she had already cleaned it. And to be honest, my 4 year old was only looking at the icecream...Extremely rude customer service, it's not that hard to smile either

Such an awesome store, visit frequently on my travels to Auckland. Always has such friendly and caring staff. Best B&J’s I’ve been too!.
