I joined in December 2020. My health was deteriorating and I wasn't happy with how I was looking and feeling. Mac and Nikki helped me kickstart my goals of becoming a healthier, fitter and stronger version of myself. 5 Months in and I'm 20kg lighter feeling a lot more fitter and stronger than I've ever felt. The other members are very welcoming and wonderful support.

It's always so hard to go to a new place or try out something new, but going to RX Fitness 235 was the best decision ever. The coaches are super helpful and knowledgeable, and even after previously doing CrossFit for over fie years, I still feel like I'm learning something new every class. The community is also so so welcoming and make you feel at home straight away ♥
