Great service & very knowledgeable, took the time to properly explain the options to replace/repair my broken shock. Along with a service and brake bleeds etc, the bike feels better than when I first bought it. Would recommend to friends.

Just bought a new bike through Pablos and I've been using Jono's services for a few years now for various upgrade parts and repairs. I think the best part about Pablos is the personal, ultra-knowledgable and non-judgemental customer service you get every time you walk through the door.Jono always goes the extra mile, finds the best solution for whatever problem you have, and will always offer sound advice without trying to upsell, or come across condescending, which is a problem that I've found pretty common in the bike shop industry over the years.By far the best bike shop experiences I've ever had.

I took my bike to Pablo's for a much needed service on my fork and shock. Jono took the time to listen to my riding frustrations and made some suggestions on how we could change my setup to improve my confidence on the bike. A few rides in and I can't wipe the grin off my face when I'm riding and it feels like a different bike! I am stoked. Jono's communication was awesome (and not patronising for this bike neglecter), quick turnaround and good value. Can't recommend enough.

What you don't know about bike set-up may suprise you. The difference it makes to your ride will amaze you. Jonno is the real deal, he's happy to share his extensive knowledge and empower you. Plus he's a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend!
