What an Amazing Experience. Down to earth, easy to deal with and a top bloke. Thank you Mark for the Hunt drop off and pickup all went 100% with a Hunt of a life time for me my son and a couple of mates. Then to top it off, Whisky at Bad Decisions Bar the Highest Whisky bar in the world at 7000 feet and then round to Mt Cook. We will be Back.

Mark was able to accommodate us on almost no notice and he made our dreams come true! This experience was breathtaking and informative. We got to see the mountains and glaciers up close and even got to land on top of one and share a glass of whisky at The Bad Decision. Would definitely recommend booking with McKenzie Helicopters!

I have to say it always seems to be a hit and miss thing when booking a flight to go into unknown territory, on this occasion while traveling from the Westcoast to the East due to a weather forecast we contacted Mackenzie Helicopters, Mark who we found out later was the owner talked to us about what was possible due to the short notice 5 hours to be fair. When we arrived Mark was very busy with some customers that were running a little late yet he still took the time to come and introduce himself and have a quick chat. My mate and I both commented on how refreshing it was to talk with Mark. About 40 minutes later it was our turn to fly and we were overwhelmed by the knowledge that Mark had of the area as he whisked us to our hut. We had a great 5 days hunting however, while we were away my mates Mum died and Mark flew back into our location not once but twice to get us and then waited for us to back our things before flying us back out, there was no pressure to rush which made a huge difference to my mate, we offered to pay extra however he would not take it. Mark you are a true legend and we would recommend you to anyone and we will fly with you again for sure. Thank you so much, your caring nature was most appreciated for sure. Dave

I needed skilled pilots to complete intricate tasks, over difficult weather patterns.McKenzie Helicopters did not disappoint.Throughout the week the pilots were reliable and very experienced. They were professional, but also had good banter.I will be using McKenzie again in the near future, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
