Auckland Steam 'n' Dry Carpet Cleaning

I would thoroughly recommend these guys, their response time was mind-blowing and the approach they use to dry my house out was formulated and very constructive.I was thrilled with the after hours service and the personally approach to my disaster I had in my home.You will not be disappointed, I strongly recommend them.

Hi we have used Auckland Steam 'n' Dry twice now and both times we have found them to do a great cleaning job. We also love their professionalism. They turn up when they say they will, and the communication is always great. Highly recommend.

So very disappointing. We understand that businesses have to reschedule due to staff isolating with Covid but when our guy didn't turn up at the prearranged time we contacted Steam n Dry to find out what was going on. Apparently they texted us to advise they would need to reschedule but not to the mobile we provided. When we did not reply from the text to another number no one contacted us. All correspondence was via email but did we get an email? Yep you guessed it, No way. How simple is an old fashion phone call to communicate when you can't make the appointment. We spent hours preparing our house... Rug Doctor from Mitre 10 folks.

Great service, from phone quote, booking, workmanship. Great communication and friendly staff. Turned up on time (even phoned to check if they could come early), and the result was a professional job. I had a patch put in the carpet and it’s so well done you only notice it if you know it’s there. Thank you.

These guys are soooo good! We have now been using them for years to repair the carpet after our dog accidnetly gets locked in a room and decides to dig it up. They get it back looking like new, everytime. Reliable and professional..

The low point is their communication is extremely slow and erratic - although it was over the Christmas period. I had to follow up multiple times to get someone to respond to me and confirm an appointment.Because of this I had low expectations of a job well done or if they would even turn up, however Dale repaired the carpet for me and he was exemplary. He was bang on time, courteous, friendly, thoroughly professional and the job he did was extraordinarily. I still can’t see the join in the carpet where the repair was done, and it looks like brand new.I highly recommend this company, but they may be a bit slow at getting back to you.Thanks again Dale.
