Atamira

Not a review for the shop but their web store:Tried to buy a watch for my girlfriend's birthday. Was in-stock online so I purchased it, but was actually not available. Was promised it would be a few days later than originally intended, then a week later was told the same watch would not be back in stock. Opted for a full refund, bought the same watch from another retailer and was then sent the original in the post without being told. Therefore I was left with 2 watches.The most frustrating thing is the seeming lack of communication with the shop I was talking to via phone and their online store. I would be told one thing over the phone and then receive an email confirming something completely different.Not a professional service, don't use them!

I am really disappointed with my experience at Atamira, a shop that I usually enjoy browsing. I buy local to support small business & I bought a T-shirt (which I could have bought online from a bigger business) for my partner from Atamira & it was a size too small. Because I hadn’t returned it between the 26th & 31st (not fair and reasonable when most people are away) of December I was no longer entitled to return it. If you want people to shop locally then you need to support the local people too! I won’t shop at Atamira again.

Nice little spot in Raglan for retail therapy. They've got the usual Aussie/NZ-loved brand such as Assembly, Lonely, Commoners and Tigerlily. Reminds me of the shopping found in Sydney or Melbourne.

My favourite boutique clothing store in NZ. Every item is carefully selected and often there is even an amazing story behind the brands selected too. It's conscious shopping. Very personalised shopping experience and the staff go above and beyond for every customer. The store is very carefully laid out and beautifully presented. I find it hard to go past without stopping in each week to see the new items! Plus the instagram page is inspiring and unique!

My favourite store! It doesn't matter if I am searching for a gift, or something for myself, or for my partner. The one stop shop. If I can't make it to the store, then online is an easy option. Couldn't be happier with the caring service and the quality of items at Altamira.

Super unfriendly. Said they accepted dog, and then told me off because I had my pup. Not a good look. Sad because I was really keen on buying few things. Not keen on supporting unfriendly business!

Atamira is my go to store for beautifully curated clothing, books, jewellery and everything in-between. My wardrobe holds some lovely pieces I've purchased over the years, also I get to practice daily on my Manduka mats from Atamira and my friends know they've hit the jackpot if they give me a gift voucher for my birthday. Absolutely amazing customer service. A package I sent to them went missing and they went above and beyond to look after me. I wish all shops cared this much about their customers.The shop itself is beautiful with an excellent selection of men’s clothes for stylish men who like something a bit different.My new favourite clothing shop.

This is a really interesting men's and womenswear store. The brands are all high end and the store and they also have a wonderful range of interesting books and accessories. The range of sunglasses and jewellery is awesome too. I love this store.
