My fiancé and I have used CHNZ for over 3years. It is quite hard to write a testimonial for the company as there is nothing to complain about their brilliant work. I am thrilled with the expertise and friendliness of their management service. With that being said, they manage everything from tip to toe in the highest quality standard, and receiving professional recommendation and legal advice has taken the stress out of the rental and purchasing. I can’t recommend Nancy Chan highly enough with their extraordinary management service, and I would not hesitate in recommending CHNZ to anyone.

I've had the pleasure to work with Nancy, and Xavi Hua from CHNZ Property Mgmt for the last few months. They have been great from the first moment - making me feel welcome and appreciated during my first inspection, and they showed a lot of understanding and capacity to support my move interstate as well. Xavi Hua clearly has a lot of expertise in property management, and provides sound advice even when I'm unsure about an issue and what action to take. He has also provided offers of assistance and guidelines over and above what I would reasonably expect from someone in a professional property management role.

There are property managers and then there is Nancy Chen. The pleasure of working with Nancy and CHNZ is indescribable. Whenever us tenants needed help or whenever we had questions, Nancy was just a text away. Responses were prompt even during weekends. Even when moving out, Nancy was very considerate and made sure we had a comfortable sign-off with an organized move out inspection process and bond refund process.Working with Nancy and CHNZ is a breeze and their tenants will be fortunate to have the team at CHNZ supporting them with their tenancy requirements.

As a renter my experience could not have been better Nancy and Pim are a great team. They really go out of their way to make sure that the upkeep of the home is kept to standard, anything you need is done immediately and the communication is awesome. I have never had any problems, they're professional, super friendly, down to earth and actually care about their tenants
