The courier didn’t bother to find our unit, didn’t even left a note in our letter box, NOTHING. When I rang up to find out what was going on, I got a gentleman on the phone, who was really nice and helpful. He was amazing. Really appreciated his kindness and help.

Rudest courier I have ever dealt with. Somebody had booked him to come and collect something and I could not believe how rude and disgruntled he was. Will not be using this courier company and do not recommend.

Courier driver decided to use our driveway as a public parking space while delivering packages to other properties (he didn't have any delivery's for us I might add). He completely blocked our driveway so we couldn't get in or out and my visitor had to wait to get into my drivewayWhen I tried to talk to the driver (van said his name was Ruben), he got into his van and drove away while I was trying to talk to him.Terrible attitude for a company as far as I am concerned.

I can’t believe a so called “Carbon Zero” courier company has such polluting trucks! I just went and had a go at the driver of a truck sitting outside our office that was stinking the street out with his blue smoke choking everyone in the vicinity. The driver reckoned it was a new truck with a diesel particulate filter but I pointed out that it’s not supposed to be like that - he didn’t seem to care.
