Service from the office staff is terrible, rude and unhelpful. The guys that picked stuff up were great. I donated hundreds of dollars worth of as new equipment and I received an unexpected invoice in return! Unbelievable.

Dreadful customer service. Bought a recycled PC which was never delivered or a refund given. All i received was excuses and broken promises from Brendon. It seems they do not fully pretest their items before selling them online. To save others the angst, I have taken the time to write this review. Be Warned...... look elsewhere.

Dreadful customer service. Was offered money 3 weeks ago for >4kg of gold plated fingers (maybe 1/4 oz gold). Today they just stole them from me. Insulted my hearing disability and gave me nothing. Terrible people. Also I delivered 3 SUN servers for recycling, they offered me nothing and just STOLE them from me. SUN are known for densely plated connectors. In all 1/2 oz or more of recyclable gold just STOLEN. Thieves and crooks is what they are.

I found this place while looking for a place to destruct work computers. The staff there were friendly and easy to deal with. They take all sorts of IT equipment. Will go there again.

Do the right thing and recycle! Also accepted are household batteries. Small fee charged for batteries and thank God got rid of the electronics junk. Fast and easy
