Went there today and asked for an xl pizza with extra chicken, they forgot to put the chicken and just put in on top of it after my pizza went through the oven because they forgot, it actually looks like they just heated it on a microwave, chicken doesn't look like this after going through the oven, in my country this goes against health procedures, not sure about new Zealand. I worked 6 years in a pizza place so I know. After 10 hours of work im eating it anyway, but will stay with dominoes from now on. Friendly personnel working at pizza hut that's why I give 3 stars.

Delicious pizza plenty of toppings and the base was delicious. You have to try the BBQ bacon and mushroom. So good!!!EDIT: always go here but went there a couple days ago and got no bacon on both pizzas. First one is the week before and the second, third and fourth photo is the next week. What a rip off! It was just mushrooms and sauce. We always go here and this is the second time this has happened

Old driver is amazing but It seems they've hired a new driver. This man seems to be angry at life and takes it out on others, should take a customer service class as he didn't say a word to me when I said hello and asked how his day was. thanks bro for making my food taste like hatred. should tell this fella he shouldn't eye people up like he wants to kill them either, Cause if he treats somebody else like this who doesn't have my patience it could've ended badly for him. was my fav pizza shop for years but I don't wanna see this guys ugly mug again

I normally order and pick up from this store and get great service. Not sure what happened tonight but cancelled order because the guy answering couldn't hear me. So much noise in the background, kept getting my order wrong and after four attempts to correct him, gave up. Sooo disappointing - went to Heretaunga St and got great service and excellent pizza.

Last 2 times we have got pizza from here we have got home to discover that it was pepperoni which was NOT what we ordered-advice to pick ups is to check before you leave that they've got it right. apparently this is difficult-but why always pepperoni that I hate! maybe its the cheapest. Too much trouble to go back-just had toasted sandwiches instead. Disappointing!

At 5-50pm Wednesday 17th may I came in and ordered 3x regular hawwain pizzas and 3 x chips pricing over $26. Told 15-20 min wait I went and sat in my car, After 15 mins I went back in the store and waited another 15 mins just as I went up to the counter a young girl asked what I was after and I perceeded to tell her,she went over to the warmer and got them out,I asked where the chips were and she said they were in with the pizzas,I opened one box to find approx 15 chips on top of the pizzas,I was shocked thinking I was getting 3 reg chips,I said you have to be kidding me I paid over $26, the reply was that's 1/2 scoop chips per box. I am discusted,I could have gone to the fish and chip shop and got 2 scoops of chips for under $10. The pizzas and chips were cold
