Had a great experience getting a family heirloom ring resized here.Due to travel plans I had a tight deadline and after a slight confusion over dates, they went above and beyond to make sure I received the ring on time before my departure. Also received good advice on which size to go for (I was advised against trying a bigger size which having worn the ring for several weeks I know would definitely have been too large).Thank you!

I recently had my Gran's engagement ring redesigned with Tory & Ko and they did the most exquisite job. I wanted a very simple design which they captured beautifully. I felt heard and respected throughout the whole process and never once did I feel pressured to explore options I didn't feel comfortable with.
