Love 9 Round Kaiapoi, Allow me to take my 1.5 year old in her pram so she can watch the workout. Very welcoming and supportive for her and I. In the past I have been to several local gyms and this is the best one, encouraging and very helpful knowledgeable trainers. I highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to get a decent, result showing workout in only 30mins.

I've loved this place from the moment I started. While being able to realistic avcheive my goals , I've had so much fun. Its quick and targets the whole body in 1 session.The trainers all know you by name , they're always happy to see you and ready to guide you through the rounds. They learn where and how to push each individual too. 9 round has so many points of difference that I have never experienced in other gyms. You feel that this isn't just a business to them they go above and beyond. Not to mention the awesome people you get to work out with!

The gym that made me love exercise. I went from exercising 0 times a week to 5/6 times a week. Not only are the team a huge hype crew, they are knowledgable and have helped me in all aspects of my health and fitness journey! Highly recommend joining!

I love working out at 9Round. With the support of the amazing crew I’m training more consistently than I have in years! I’ve got more energy, am fitter and stronger, have lost weight and my mental health has improved heaps.

I've now been a member for two months. And it's the best change I've ever done coming from another gym I just felt like a number. But with you guys I feel like I'm part of a big family. Every day I'm always greeted buy my name and some knuckles. And ask how my days been. All the trainers are Awesome and super supportive and give you lots of encouragement towards your fitness goals. So for anyone who wants to start their fitness journey I highly recommend 9ROUND you won't regret it..

I have never really truely committed to my own fitness before 9 Rounds because of many excuses , kids eed it more to fat, not fit enough no time ,can't do it !!!!! well how wrong was I ..the support, the environment, the other members are amazing . I never have felt so empowered as i do when I enter the 9 Round Gym , the instructors are so professional and personable, they know you name and actually care for you . My self confidence , my strength and my mental mental wellbeing absolutely has improved ten fold.Make 9 Rounds apart of your regime and you will never look back . You just get better and actually end up wanting everyone to experience this Gym.Love it

I couldn’t recommend 9Round Kaiapoi enough. ALL of the staff are so warm & welcoming. I feel really confident walking into the gym without feeling any judgement. All the members are super nice too and everyone is there purely just to work on themselves. I am so happy 9Round came to Kaiapoi. It’s changing my life for the better & its all thanks to the amazing trainers

I’ve been at 9 rounds kaiapoi for coming up 2 months and I’ve never in my life enjoyed the gym or working out but the atmosphere in the gym is so fun the trainers are amazing there so friendly and welcoming they have made me love the gym it’s such a positive environment so thank you 9 rounds team
