Love New World shopping. Nice clean friendly place to shop. Good quality meat, vegetables and fruit unlike some other big grocery outlets.

I was not happy with your policy to stop me with a small trolley and just 7 items from using the self check out. Two staff standing there like untrained security guards pointing to a sign on the floor stating no trolleys allowed at self checkout. I suspect that this policy ... The only NW that I have been to with it, is to deter theft but what is the difference at self check out if I have to use a hand carry basket and not a trolley. Your insistence on me going away from it to a staff assisted checkout is nonsense and and upsetting. Won't go to your NW again

Convenience shop missing a little.Bought travel snack they had made up.Two promised a spoonor fork, a third supervisor after checking out said I would have to buy a spoon.Still hungry

Great location and very good selection, especially given the remoteness of the general area. Somewhat pricey but I guess you pay for something you cannot get anywhere nearby!

New World Turangi could do with a really good clean but as far as shopping they had a great range. The staff were helpful and really friendly. It came across as a good ol' family country store. Very busy.

A decent supermarket in such a remote area. Very big, you can find anything you need in there. I wouldnt say its cheap cause its definitely not cheap but not hugely expensive. A lot of choices available. Alcohol choices is decent as well.

Great product range considering its remote location. Unfortunately customer service is non existent in this store. Lady at the deli the night I was there seemed to be having a bad day and was very rude.

Love this place. Love the salad bar and sushi and deli. Always stop here when passing through for a healthy take away option.
