Genuinely dreadful- ordered a click & collect nearly 2 months ago that’s gone missing. Several attempts (store visits, calls that take 20mins to get through, emails that go into a black hole) to find out what’s happening and nobody wants to help. Store says “call customer service”, customer service only calls the store and says they’ll call back, then don’t. No listed complaints process. So much wasted time. Absolutely useless!

Went in on a quiet Sunday morning for some shoes. Surprised how messy it was, shoes everywhere on the floor, seats etc. Was hard to find the shoes I wanted in the mess, almost gave up and found the ones I was after in a completely different spot amongst other random shoes. Staff were just standing around talking, was never asked if I need help.Was originally happy that a rebel sport was opening in our area however will do future trips to Albany as they're much tidier and easier to find what you're after. What a shame.

Nice tidy and well laid out store. I looked online for a knee compression sleeve. The young guy serving said to take it back because it’s the wrong size. Turns out I needed a large.
