A bit small stare, but good choice of games

Great customer service. Bought a controller for our nintendo switch, but controller was faulty. Brought it back and they replaced it immediately.

Really rude staff, came in today to exchange or refund my son's Nintendo Switch case which the zip broke. Have only had it for two weeks and was taken aback by the attitude, was told only had 7 days to return it and that it would be classed as ware and tear, despite only having it two weeks, not fit for purpose. Would have been OK but the rudeness was unnecessary. Not the first time we've come across rude staff here, shame this was the manager! Have made complaint about him. Shame also my kids love EB games so much and we tend to be consistently spending money with them. EB games we own our own business and have great customer service, you need to up your game!

I came in yesterday with my kids to try and buy call of duty FOR MY SELF AND BECAUSE MY SON HAD ASKED FOR ME FOR THE PRICE WHILE I WAS TRYING TO ROUND UP MY DAUGHTER OUT OF THE SHOP I CAME IN WAS ASKED FOR ID JUST TO BUY THE GAME AND TRYING TO REFER IT TO BE LIKE ALCAHOL AND SMOKES PFF.. RUDE STAFF DON'T DESERVE A STAR AT ALL. OR BECAUSE IM SHORT LIKE I SAID IT WAS FOR ME NOT MY KIDS

Staff always helpful and friendly, very patient too!

Poor customer service at the Porirua store staff give different advice and when you try to explain that you're then met with a rude attitude from the staff member dealing with you trying to say that's not what the other staff would have said.

Paid full price of item, didnt give me the item which was required to play and was supposed to be bundled as per your website. Now, I will have to drive 50km to pick it up!

Have to give a big head's up to sondja and the other staff all was willing to help out with your needs when it comes to buying and always letting you know what is coming in especially when you are a collector and they always let you know what new games are coming into the shop

My absolute favourite shop, staff are always friendly and help me to find what I am after.
