They got our order completely Wrong it wasn't Cool at all especially after having to wait 15 minute's!!! I'm never going there again we got a refund & went to McDonald's at least they can get your order rite. :(

Original recipe just doesn't taste the same anymore and the potato and gravy has a weird taste. I will smash back some wicked wings though

This place is so trash. They take forever to take your order literally everyone in line is waiting a few minutes before being spoken to. They are sooo slow and the staff are really rude. Had a little boy put my order on the tray in drive thru and shut the window. Didn’t even speak. So rude man wanted to get out of the car and….. anyway. This KFC has to be one of the worst in NZ.

Drive thru was fast, chicken was greasy wasn't as crunchy as it should have been. Chips were perfect wasn't over salty like normal, and potato and gravy was yummy.

Three strikes and I'm done, enough is enough - no longer supporting this KFC outlet. DRIED chicken, DRIED chips, I understand the shortage of coleslaw but runny potato and gravy was the tipping point - everything was just yuk! Back in the day KFC was always a treat and trusted to provide mouth watering, finger licking crunchy tasting chicken. The standard at this outlet is disgusting. I feel for the staff who were extremely polite but exhausted. Super expensive to just throw away and reluctantly ate what was edible.

Went in, tidy, touch screen's not working, so had to go to front counter to be served. Only 1 other person in front of us. 2 cars in drive through. After 10 minutes waiting to be served. We walked out. Still not served.Terrible staff. Lot's there. Just not looking after customers.Will never go there again.
