Ordered on app.x2 sundaes, 1 choc, 1 Caramel.Guy on drive-thru tild my son, just waiting on the sundae. Served the order off, then had forgotten my son who was in store waiting for ages. My son thought there was a problem with the machine so just kept waiting. The problem was- because he wiped the screen clear of the order without communicating-so the ones standing around not doing much on front counter didn't even know, he coulda made the sundaes 50times over!When I went instore to see what the hold up was, that's how I found out.Had I not, my son would still be left there standing waiting with Noone tending to the order!No apology, no offer to refund for the 15min or more wait! Just POOR SERVICE-Useless.

Waited 25 minutes for my order, (in a crowd of other people) with no communication from the staff. I understand being understaffed but it doesn't mean you have to be unprofessional. The whole atmosphere was negative and stressful.

I'm done with this BK. Everytime I go there has been an issue either a mistake in my order, dirty interior and unclean trays, luke warm fries, average as service, no ice creams or milkshakes available. Lame.

Burger King Have contacted me as of today 5/10/2022 about the poor quality of service received on the 18/09/2022 and have taken action and resolved the issue. I am giving 5 stars for them putting effort into this issue to get this place tidied up and customer service to improve. I hope that it remains this way for a long time to come. If any of you experience issues with Burger King do not hesitate to contact them directly on the Facebook page.

Over 20 minutes to get our basic order made.Seemed to only have 1 staff making all the food 1 staff at counter, and 1 staff at drive through.

Sundaes are in the small cup, the one used for water, not the one shown on the menu board. Also half full, very disappointed in our four sundaes. Stink

Used to be great about a month ago with great service from young people. Now everytime you go in the servers have no idea about the burgers or deals on. Tired of them messing up my orders everytime I’ve gone in the past few weeks. Even found hair in my food. Stop putting ladies who don’t know what they are talking about on the till!

No issues with food.Staff were mopping floors...... left water in puddles on the floor. 2 Kids around 13 -15 (friends with the staff member mopping) were slipping and sliding and playing in the puddles of water in the dining area. Same 2 kids were vaping in the dining area..... my kids aged 4 to 8 were horrified. Toilets were in a terrible condition and 2 of the 3 were out of order.

I was so hungry, and I need a quick bite..always love burger king for a quick take away, for a price of $5, I get a burger, fries, drinks, and few pieces of nuggets. This is behind Constellation bus station, easy to find and not crowded..

Burger King Constellation Drive
Was a disappointing drive through experience today... they forgot our too large Fries of the meals and the bbq sauce. Unfortunately I was already I motorway when we realised. Next time we will definitely check before we drive away.
